Chief Commercial Officer

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Lifland Gaming Group (LGG) is looking to add an experienced and energetic Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to the management team to be responsible for operational excellence of the Group, reporting directly to CEO. The key success factor for the role is an ability to independently drive agendas and swiftly execute. The position will be placed in Riga, Latvia; Tallinn, Estonia; Stockholm, Sweden or Marbella, Spain but that can be discussed in the interviewing process.

CCO will be responsible for developing an efficient operational and sales model to ensure growing customer satisfaction, incremental revenue from ongoing business, healthy profit margin, as well as support strategic initiatives, new market entries.

Job responsibilities

  • Managing sales and cost budgets and ensuring that key goals are met
  • Owning the commercial strategy and its communication and execution in the organization
  • Owning the branding and the creative process within the organization
  • Providing leadership and mentoring to a large team of talented and motivated people
  • Creating new processes within marketing and sales functions in order to improve performance
  • Maintaining quarterly planning of campaigns and yearly planning of media buy
  • Maintaining effective cost control in the company value chain by driving the relationship with suppliers
  • Establishing and maintaining key strategic and tactical plans for the existing business
  • Delivering reports and coordinating strategic changes with CEO of LGG

Requirements for candidates

  • Have at least 3-5 years of industry experience in a similar position
  • Able to be hands-on and strong executor, with strong business sense, sales driven mindset, as well as customer experience/value driver
  • High energy and ambition levels with passion for success and positive outlook
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of gaming products, such as casino, betting, poker, bingo, lotteries and others
  • Good knowledge of key performance and customer metrics
  • Experience of process driven operations
  • Understanding and working knowledge of multiple legal gambling jurisdictions
  • Experience of designing customer campaigns that clearly communicate to key target audiences
  • Up-to-date knowledge of brand positioning and communication
  • A good understanding of online conversion, retention and reactivation techniques
  • A thorough understanding of the aesthetics and parameters of driving customer loyalty in a transactional web and mobile environment
  • Excellent English both in speaking and writing. Ability to communicate in Russian language is an advantage, but not a demand
